Living with mental illness, like living with any chronic illness, takes a heavy physical and mental toll on both the persons living with it and on their friends and families so anything they can do to improve their health is a good thing....being able to laugh when there is no humor ( often ) is a great thing!  The information and exercises we learned from Laugh to Live! were beneficial that day AND will be helpful in our daily lives.”

"Comedy improv is great to liven up any meeting. Jeannine and company had us laughing harder than we've laughed in a long time. Sometimes we take ourselves so seriously that it was nice to take a break and have fun."
