Laugh Lively Sessions

Some call it laughter yoga. Others call it laughter exercise. Our Laugh Lively Sessions or laughter exercise sessions, are playful, fun activities led by a Certified Laughter Leader trained by the World Laughter Tour. The CLL leads participants in fun, silly exercises that use familiar, childlike movements and incorporate "ho ho ho's and ha ha ha's" to generate real laughter. You will experience all of the wonderful benefits of laughter that are great for mind, body and soul.  Have fun and make social connections. Laughter brings people together and lifts their spirits!

Laughter exercise is not strenuous. People of all ages and abilities can do it.* Laughter activities can be customized for participants' own interests.  All you need to be able to do is let yourself laugh!

*People suffering from a hernia, hemoroids, chest pain, in the late stages of pregnancy or other illness are advised to proceed with caution.
